About Dubarry:

Dubarry USA (DUSA) is a subsidiary of Dubarry of Ireland (est. 1937), a Premium Performance Lifestyle, Footwear, Clothing and Accessory Brand.

DUSA has been responsible since 2006 for growing Dubarry’s US market. Our role includes import, direct sale, wholesale, marketing, and public and trade customer service. We have experienced significant growth and are now seeking to appoint an experienced Office Manager.  Our small but growing US operation has 6 staff members in our PA location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full Time Position: Reporting to the General Manager.

Responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely administration of the US office including:-

  • Purchasing, Goods Receipts, Stock Control, Invoicing and Credit Control systems
  • Customer Services
  • Producing reports for internal distribution
  • Distribution of Sales and Marketing materials to trade & public
  • Production of monthly management accounts and expense control
  • Booking of events and application of and compliance with  local state tax permits and regulations for those events
  • Developing and management of customer databases
  • Developing administrative practices to aid marketing and customer services in constant improvement to data capture and utilization
  • Facility management
  • Day to day management of office and warehouse staff to agreed budgets
  • Ensuring that the administration of the operation keeps pace with the growth of the company and remains compliant
  • Periodic cost of services analysis and subsequent price renegotiations
  • Managing and updating administration systems in conjunction with accounts
  • Completing periodic tasks and projects for head office and DUSA General Manager as they arise.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years administrative and 2 years management experience
  • The ability to plan short and medium term to ensure that the office is equipped for company expansion
  • You will be self-motivated and possess the ability to plan and undertake projects within a timeframe.
  • Excellent computer skills and be particularly proficient in Excel, Word & MS Outlook.
  • Previous experience and knowledge with QuickBooks financial and Point of sale packages or similar is a bonus
  • An ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • You will be capable of managing people on a daily basis while managing your own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with some background in a customer facing environment a bonus
  • You will have knowledge of business to business practices or other professional sales environment
  • A knowledge of basic book-keeping practices a natural ability to work comfortably with numbers
  • Previous experience in database management is a bonus
