Returns policy for website, event and store purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Dubarry, or you wish to exchange size, we will be happy to exchange items or refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labeling and swing tags intact.

Please note the following:

  • It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.
  • Postage costs are not refunded.

If you return an item purchased online or at an event, for exchange or refund by mail, please enclose a letter stating:

  • Whether your item(s) were purchased online or at an event
  • The website order number where purchased online
  • A copy of your receipt where purchased at an event
  • The reasons for return
  • Full contact details, including postal address and daytime contact telephone number

To help us serve you as quickly as possible please use the return addresses below. Please note that all returns and exchanges should be made to the retailer from whom the original purchase was made. We can only accept returns if the purchase was made initially from Dubarry of Ireland:

Returns for Warranty Inspection 

In the unlikely event of a problem with your Dubarry product, you must return them in the first instance to where they were originally purchased for an initial assessment. The next step will be for the Dubarry Customer Service Team to determine whether these goods should be repaired, replaced or returned. Where purchased directly from Dubarry please return goods to the address noted above and include:

  • Your name
  • Where and when your item(s) were purchased
  • A copy of your receipt
  • Your reasons for return giving specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations
  • Return postal address, email address and daytime contact telephone number.
