- Zone Two (2 days) : Orders placed by midday EST on Thursday 20th Dec
- Zone Three (3 days) : Orders placed by midday EST on Wednesday 19th Dec
- Zone Four (4 days) : Orders placed by midday EST on Tuesday 18th Dec
- Zone Five (5 days) : Orders placed by midday EST on Monday 17th Dec
- Orders placed after Midday EST Friday 21st Dec will not be dispatched until courier service resumes after Christmas day.
While UPS deliver the vast majority of packages within this time frame, they cannot guarantee the time frame in the holiday season.
UPS will be making deliveries on Monday 24th December 2012 but they are not offering a pick-up service on this day. Therefore web orders placed after midday on Friday 21st December cannot be dispatched until the first shipping day after the holiday season.

If your order is over $199 (excl. tax) then delivery is FREE! This is applied ONLY to the United States. Delivery outside the US is measured by weight. You will see all delivery charges during checkout.

Fulfillment of Orders
Dubarry endeavor to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time. Where items are on back order at the US point of distribution the lead time may be longer. There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Dubarry reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order. Dubarry cannot accept liability for any costs in addition to the value of the cancelled portion of the order.
Taxation
Tax is calculated according to the State to which the goods are shipped. We are required by law to collect tax on items delivered to States in which we have a physical presence at the tax rate set by the destination State.
Prices shown in the catalogue are not inclusive of Tax. Taxes will be shown in your shopping cart during checkout. For orders to States other than those in which we have a physical presence (PA) there is no sales tax added to your order other than for tax on shipping & handling. For overseas orders only PA state tax applicable to shipping and handling charges will be applied. Customers receiving orders outside the US boarders are responsible for the payment of any taxes due at the boarder to their chosen country of delivery. Dubarry cannot accept any responsibility for any such costs.

US Delivery Times
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not public holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods with tracking information if your order is shipped by UPS. For specific information on your order please log in to your account – The following are guidelines:
- Dubarry boots, shoes, clothing, luggage and handbags are usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within two working days of your order by UPS Ground service.
- Dubarry small accessories are usually in stock at point of distribution and will be dispatched within two working days of your order by USPS.
- Christmas period deliveries and information. Courier and postal services usually require a little extra time for delivery in the busy Christmas period.

If there are Dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Upon Delivery
For shoes, boots, luggage and clothing (or any orders of an insurable value) our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied. If you contact us to request removal of the signature service we cannot be liable for non-delivery or insurance.
