- For larger and more valuable items we use UPS Ground as standard (Boots, Luggage, Clothing)
- For single, smaller and lower value items (Leather cream and so on) we use Regular US Post .
We ship and administrate your order from our Nottingham, Pennsylvania location. This is also the office that you speak to when you call our North America Toll-Free number, 1-866-658-3569.
- Where items are in stock (Which applies to a majority of items the majority of the time) we will despatch your order within 2 working days, usually the same day if the order is placed before midday.
- Orders are shipped from our Nottingham PA location.
We will always contact you if your order cannot be dispatched straight away. Internet placed orders will receive a “dispatch notification” email when the order is shipped.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only.
For any orders of an insurable value our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.
Customers requesting items to be left without signature will also waiver insurance on shipping. Dubarry cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of packages if the recipient waives the signature/insurance request.
All Prices are shown in pre-tax U.S. dollars (not including shipping).
At ‘check out’, you will be given 2 options:
- Credit card payment via a secure link to PayPal’s server (you do not need a PayPal account).
- Pay by check (you will then receive instructions on where and how to send your payment).
All sizes shown on this site are in English (UK) sizes or Continental European (EU) sizes. If you do not know your sizing on this scale, please view our conversion chart.
Please note: When you receive your Dubarry boots or shoes that sizes shown on the actual footwear are UK or EU sizing. Please refer to the box for indicated US (men’s only) and EU sizing.
Tax is calculated according to the State to which the goods are shipped. We are required by US law to collect tax on items delivered to States in which we have a physical presence at the tax rate set by the destination state.
Prices shown in the catalogue are not inclusive of Tax.
For orders to States other than those in which we have a physical presence (PA) there is no sales tax added to your order.
We calculate shipping according to several factors including weight, distance, packing materials and insurance value.
As long as your item(s) has only been tried on indoors and is still in ‘boxed’ condition, you can return it (them) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Multiple exchanges on a single purchase may incur an administration and postage fee (you will be informed of this fee in advance). Please see the ‘terms and conditions‘ page for more information.
