Dubarry fulfillment of website orders is determined by contractual agreements that we have with our partners in most countries which entitles them to any commercial transactions emanating from that jurisdiction. In return they make the investment in stock, warehousing, staff, marketing and distribution costs. All the relevant VAT/Sales Taxes are paid locally.

If your order is over $199 (excl. tax) then delivery is FREE! This is applied ONLY to the United States. Delivery outside the US is measured by weight. You will see all delivery charges during checkout.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays only (not public holidays). You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods with tracking information if your order is shipped by UPS. If there are dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Our couriers will not require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.
